ASUS Eee PC 1000HE 10.1-Inch Netbook Review
Design: With a new 10.1-inch screen, ASUS Eee PC 1000HE is one of the newest version of its netbook lineup. Measuring 10.5 inches in width and 7.5 cm in length with 1.1 to 1.5 cm in height in the netbook is more or less the same size as most netbooks, but weighs 3.2 kg with a bit more . In addition to the extra heft, the Netbook is a little thicker, perhaps together with the thicker 6-cell battery. ASUS have much improved with the keyboardspaced keys, the shift of key combinations and other important key to a better position. The wider touchpad with large buttons made of metal makes navigation easier.
Specifications: The ASUS Eee PC 1000HE 10.1-inch screen has a native resolution of 1024×600 with 1024×768 and 800×600 resolutions. Powered by a 1.66GHz N280 runs on Intel Atom and 1GB worth of 667 MHz DDR2 memory, 160GB hard drive has a netbook. Based on the Mobile Intel 945GM ExpressIntegrated Mobile Intel GMA 950 graphics processor for graphics, runs the system on Windows XP with integrated webcam and stereo speakers. In relation to the connection, the netbook has a VGA port, a headphone jack, microphone jack, 3 USB 2.0 ports, an SD card reader and an Ethernet port. The netbook connects via Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n WLAN and Bluetooth.
Features & Performance: While the 1.66 GHz processor is faster, performance improvement is at best minimal. This means thatYou can still have the most Office applications, surf the Internet, please e-mail and some movies to see. What is the netbook apart that playing a movie continuously during system manages the six hours and 21 minutes on a single charge. Running less intensive tasks should increase battery life even further. All in all, the ASUS Eee PC 1000HE is an impressive update for the ASUS Eee PC lineup with his awesome battery life and improved performance. The ASUS Eee PC is a bit heavier than 1000HEmost, no doubt thanks to the 6-cell battery, but the better battery life and large specs is worth it.
